Seven years managing commercial broiler operations. Feed conversion ratios, water consumption anomalies, cycle mortality curves, flock health indicators — I tracked all of it. What I learned is that operations fail on data they don't have, or data they have but can't act on fast enough.

When I started auditing digital systems in agribusiness, I recognized the same failure pattern. Companies with strong operations losing procurement conversations because their digital presence couldn't communicate what they actually do. The diagnostic instinct is identical. The tools are different.

I built HARVEST, ANCHOR, GRAINS, SILO, and CHAIN because generic website audits don't map to how agribusiness buyers actually make decisions. Each framework is calibrated to a specific sector's procurement psychology, trust signals, and conversion architecture. The output is always the same: a ranked list of exactly what's costing you, and a plan to fix it.

Broilerbase is the farm management platform I built from the operations side — FCR tracking, water anomaly detection, cycle management. It is the proof that I build systems from the floor up, not from a slide deck down.
